Lewis Jackson, Sr. Co-CEO & Founder of WAEN.TV

IMG 20110922 132339Lewis Jackson, Sr. Co-CEO and founder of WAEN.TV, LLC considers himself a country boy born in Talbotton, Georgia to the late Preston and Charlie Jackson on February 21, 1944. He was blessed to have seven siblings. He and his wife Lillie Glover Jackson of 39 years have a son, Dr. Lewis Jackson, Jr. and a daughter Dr. Latoya Jackson who are both family physicians.

Mr. Jackson graduated from Ruth Carter High School in 1962. Upon graduating high school he enrolled at Savannah State College in Savannah, Georgia where he majored in Business Administration and graduated in 1968.  Lewis Jackson served in the US Army in 1969 and 1970. After returning home he managed a Prior Tire Store in Atlanta, Georgia for a year.

Mr. Jackson decided to become a self-employed entrepreneur and has been successful as owner of an Insurance agency, Real Estate Company, Tag and Title Agency, Title and Loan Company, Auto Mechanic Shop, Construction Company, DUI School and several other small businesses.

In 2004 Lewis Jackson joined forces with Attorney Fred Rushing to form WAEN.TV, an internet television station known as Atlanta’s Entertainment Network. Six months after WAEN was established WAIN.TV was born because of the realization that a lot of the potential clientel were spiritual minded. WAIN.TV became the inspirational internet television channel.
